Mozilla Support Rocks
Every now and then I feel compelled to update software to get the latest features and get see various bugs get fixed. Firefox has been a very good browser for me, but I hated the fact that they removed the drop-down menu on the “Back” button in v4. A quick search of Mozilla’s support site revealed all I had to do was right-click on the “Back” button and I could see a list of the previous pages.
It’s not as convenient as it was in v3, but I’m glad Mozilla didn’t ditch it altogether, which is what I feared.
I wish all software companies had informative portions of their site like Mozilla does. They have a lot of contributors to help with questions.
