I agree with you. If it's not in stock, don't say it is. I've never had a problem with Amazon or Suncoast. Those are two places I've bought DVDs from without problems. And, to be honest, I've bought a lot of stuff from Amazon. Only once did I run into an instance where it was going to take a long time to get something--but, I was told up front, so it wasn't an issue. Hmm...Buy.com seems iffy, I agree.
